During ceremony, the Olsen Twins were nominated for the prestigious Womenswear Designer of the Year and Accessories Designer of the Year awards for their line The Row.

The Row was established in 2006 by Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen. first based out of LA, the brand grew fast finding its home in NYC. Named in reverence of London’s Savile Row, the fashion house emulates the bespoke institution’s standards of exquisite fabrics, impeccable details and perfect fits.

This year, Ashley and Mary-Kate did not stray too far away from their all-black attire while wearing a menswear-inspired look. At first glance, it appeared the Olsen Twins were both wearing button-down shirts, but Ashley is wearing a full-length button-down dress while Mary-Kate is wearing a long button-down white shirt with over-the-shoe black trousers.

This nomination isn’t the first for the Ashley and Mary-Kate. After being the 2 youngest designers to be inducted into the CFDA in 2009, they took home the award for Accessories Designer of the Year for line The Row in 2014, followed by Womenswear Designer of the Year in 2015.
